Shipping Costs

There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK or Switzerland) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Products are delivered securely packaged and ready for use. No fixed plumbing or permanent installation is required.
For certain locations or products, white-glove delivery or on-site setup may be available upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require additional delivery or setup support.
